Sila Alegret-Bartel is originally from Cuba and has lived in the United States since 1966. She is the founder and president of International Corporate Training and Marketing, LLC (ICTM). Prior to founding ICTM in 2003, Sila worked in banking, marketing and non-profit organization operations. Sila worked for Security Bank, Kiplinger Washington Editors, Kiplinger Marketing Services and Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA). Ms. Alegret-Bartel is a former adjunct instructor of Frederick Community College in Frederick, MD. Over the years, Sila has served in several Board of Directors. She is a founding member and past Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (MAHCC), and has also served on the board of directors of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI-Frederick), United Way of Frederick County and American Red Cross-Frederick County Chapter. Currently, Sila is International Committee Chair of Long Meadows Rotary Club International, Board Member of Keystone Health, Diversity Director of Cumberland Valley Society for Human Resource Management and Executive Committee Director of Hagerstown-Washington County Chamber of Commerce.
