Originally from Cuba, Sila Alegret-Bartel founded International Corporate Training & Marketing (ICTM) in 2003 after having worked in banking, marketing and non-profit organizations. ICTM is located in Hagerstown, MD and provides translation, interpretation and training services along the I-81-quad-state area of Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia.

Sila has served on the Board of Directors for many different organizations and is a founding member of the Western Maryland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She previously served on the board of directors of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) – Frederick Chapter, American Red Cross – Frederick Chapter and the Washington County Chamber of Commerce.

Currently, Sila serves on the Board of Directors of Horizon Goodwill Industries, Patriot Federal Credit Union, Keystone Health, Washington County Convention & Visitors Bureau and Maryland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce – Western Region Chapter.
